We are honored that you are trusting us to help you during this difficult time. This is an honor we do not take lightly. Our team is here to answer any questions you may have along the way.
We know how very special the bond is between you and your beloved pet. It is our goal to honor this bond in your pet's final moments. We want to ensure that their final moments are peaceful and filled with love and dignity.
When you need us, we are just a phone call away (419) 354-3986.
Because this is one of your hardest days, we ask that you call us from the parking lot when you arrive. We will have you wait outside until we have the room ready for you and your family. We will then have you enter through our exit door and go straight back to the room.
1. Discussion/Evaluation
Your pet will be evaluated and we will discuss aftercare with you.
2. Relaxation and Pain Relief
Your pet will receive an injection of
a sedative. This medication will let
your pet sleep and it will ease their
pain and discomfort.
3. Private Time Together
After your beloved pet is resting
peacefully, we will give you a chance
to say your good-byes.
4. When you are Ready
We will administer the euthanasia
solution via an injection, which allows
your pet to gently drift into their
transition. As they are gently drifting,
your beloved pet, is pain free and can
hear you, feel your touch, and sense
your presence. As they are peacefully
passing, we encourage you to
embrace their journey and talk to
them.
