Digital X-Ray

Digital X-ray (Digital radiology/radiography) is an advanced diagnostic tool that is mainly used to view your pet’s organs, their cardiopulmonary, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, and urinary systems.  Digital X-rays is a non-invasive procedure that allows Dr. Huff and team, to have a better look at your pet's condition.  

Digital X-rays produce a higher image quality than film X-rays and have a lower radiation exposure making them safer for your pet.  They also provide our team an immediate image, resulting in faster diagnosis of the issue.  And best of all, they are painless for your pet. 

If your pet is calm and cooperative, we will not need to use sedation.  However, if your dog or cat has anxiety or aggression issues, a sedative may be administered to allow them to be relaxed and comfortable.
